Practice Room Hire

Underwood Studio

Our practice studios in Underwood are available for hire for practice, subject to availability. Each piano studio is equipped with a student quality Yamaha upright piano and a music stand, the cello/guitar studio is equipped with a digital piano and a music stands.

Piano Room

Hourly Rate: 

$30 (GST inclusive)

Bookings

For bookings, please email underwood@musiccreators.com.au with the following details and we will contact you to finalise the booking:
 

  • Full Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Date of hire (DD/MM/YYYY)

  • Starting time

  • How many hours (minimum 1 hour)

Terms and conditions:

  1. Subject to availability on the requested day of hire.
     

  2. Minimum booking is one (1) hour
     

  3. Practice rooms should only be used for practicing musical instruments or music related practice, all other activities are not allowed.
     

  4. Music Creators will exclude from hire any potential Hirer or activity which may present a conflict of interest to Music Creators operations.
     

  5. Application forms must be filled in and submitted prior to room being hired. Full payment must be made prior to commencement of room hire.
     

  6. Electrical Equipment: No connection to, or interference with, the electrical installation, lighting, fittings or other equipment will be allowed without prior consent from the Administration Staff. 
     

  7. Music Creators reserves the right to cancel the bookings and approved hires prior to, or during, the time specified for the hire if the Hirer: is damaging (or is likely to damage) the facilities; or is endangering (or is likely to endanger) the safety of other persons; or is affecting any ongoing music lessons conducted in Music Creators.
     

  8. Any breakages and/or faulty equipment should be reported immediately to the Administration Staff. The Hirer is to pay for any damage to instrument, furniture, fittings, equipment in the room or other items or breakages. It is expected that all equipment will be returned to its original place and the facilities will be left clean and tidy. 
     

  9. The Hirer is responsible for leaving the floors, walls, equipments in a clean condition. All goods, properties or materials brought in by the Hirer or any other person on his/her behalf must be removed from the premises no later than the expiration of the booking, unless special arrangements are made.
     

  10. Music Creators shall not be responsible for the injury, loss or damage to the person or property of the Hirer, or any person in their employ or under their direction or any person attending any event organised by the Hirer of the rooms.
     

  11. No food or drinks (except for water) are allowed in the practice rooms.
